Summary. The article presents the results of the research potential of the combination of neuro- rehabilitation and psychotherapy of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. For the normalization of homeostatic balance of TB patients, improving their mental and social well-being and to prevent a recurrence of the disease it is important to the activation of personal resources for adaptation and restoration of optimal neural indicators of cortical brain regions.
